For your own systems, Vern’s contract-review API lets you submit agreements and later rounds, retrieve the results and receive signed webhooks when a review is ready.
Your Vern account permissions and review credits still apply. API access is agreed as part of your package; contract drafting currently takes place in Word.

Suppose a client adds a liability cap after you asked for one. That is a change, but it may still be above the limit you are willing to accept. Vern compares the revised clause and scores it against your playbook, while separately assessing how it is drafted.
