Your workspace has its own address.
Vern 2.0 gives every organisation a private workspace at an address of its own, so there is no shared sign-in page to send you to. Which door is yours depends on what you were given.
Use the address in your welcome pack.
Your workspace lives at an address unique to your organisation, issued when the account was set up. It is the only way in, and it is not something we can look up from this page or link you to. Bookmark it the first time you land on it and you will not need this page again.
Nothing has changed for you.
If you have always signed in at app.askvern.ai, keep doing exactly that. 2.0 did not move you, your login is the same, and there is no new address to learn.

Search your inbox for
askvern.ai. The welcome email carries the address in full. -
Your organisation's admin
Whoever set the workspace up holds the address, and so does anyone already working in it. That is the fastest route by some distance: nobody has to wait on us.

If neither works, leave your work email and we will send the address back to you.

We will reply to an address already on the workspace.
We only ever send a workspace address to an email already on that workspace. If you have not been added yet, your organisation's admin does that from inside Vern.
